Please make the auto-run cancel optional or only apply it to (non-instant) spells

I understand the desire to stop running when you start casting a spell but that doesn't mean I want to stop running when I hit provoke or place a ground effect AOE. Being able to keep running while doing things like that made it a lot more comfortable to tank dungeons and I get no benefit from having my autorun canceled all the time now. For me this is a straight up quality of life nerf that I'd really appreciate being able to turn off.
