I'm stuck in a free company that has been inactive for about a year and a half. Company Master rank was transferred 156 days ago to a deleted character, but under the company profile it shows me as Company Master. Under the rank list I'm shown as rank 3. I'm not authorized to remove members and disband the company, and I get a message saying "Company master cannot leave the company." when I try to leave. I've sent multiple tickets in game without any help.
