Before I make a bug report post...(Missing Weaver Reciple?)

So I got to 58 Weaver and I went to do some more leves...

I found a leve asking for a pair of chimerical felt trousers. So I was like okay!

Yet I looked in my recipe list and I cannot find this recipe to make them..I even filtered for legs only...

So am I dumb and missing something here or ...is this recipe missing or is the leve wrong for asking this from a level 58 weaver and its from the new master book or something?
