Help with Medica proc

How can I tell if I received the Medica proc, I've been spamming Medica for ten minutes the other day and checking the action to see if the mp was half as much but no luck. Either I have the worse luck on hitting that 20% chance or it doesn't exist.

Ever since HW came out protect now grants the magic defense without the protect trait and now that trait has been replaced with the trait "enhance medica"

I think it does exist but it has to be a bugged display like Esuna. Because yes, Esuna can proc too (20% chance your Esuna don't consumme any MP), but there is no display of a proc/of the changed MP text.

Otherwise it's working and when it happens these spells indeed cost less MP.

Uh, since when could Esuna cost no MP? I see no trait or tooltip that mentions this

^ Pretty much this

When it procs, it won't give any indication it'll proc. The only way you'll notice is if you're looking at your MP bar at the time and realize your spell cost less MP than normal.

Both Medica and Esuna haven't procs like the other skills (yellow dots around skill icon). What happens is that you have a % chance that the skill will cost half/no mp. You won't notice it in the cost of the skill on the hot bar either, it will only happen, and when it does, you will have more mp left.
