[dev1134] Guildleve Revision and Accomplishments

I am an accomplishment enjoying player and I like setting accomplishment goals and working towards them. There are currently 2 sets of accomplishments ofr the number of Local and Regional guildleves completed (cumulatively) in increments of:

With the revisions to guildleves, with them all being on the same timer and everything effect the accomplishment? Will they all be lumped into one category of 'guildleve' and not be classed as regional/local?

According to the patch notes, there will still be a division between Local and Regional/Field/Grand Company. Specifically, it was stated that even if you had, say, 20 slots, you would only be able to *carry* the normal 8 of each. You would then be able to complete them and immediately get more to do, though.
