Remove the RNG from my jobs!

My suggestions to improve jobs:

1.) remove of RNG in new dragoon skills- i mean why is it there? just more of a headache. annoying

2.) remove RNG from MCH completely and/or have MCH have 100% proc with Reload

3.) when you Shuffle with AST- the text says draw a new card- RNG should not be there so AST will draw the Same card- thats a waste of a skill

Just my suggestions and other off suggestions:

1.) Mediation / change form should be OGCD

2.) Grit should be OGCD

I think the above suggestions would go a long way in making the jobs more fun and viable to play as a whole.

2. But reload already granted 100% proc though?

I think the RNG with MCH is fine. A higher proc chance, maybe... better than just half the time I mean. But the basic concept is fine to me.

Reactive Jobs aren't your cup of tea then. There are other jobs which don't have any % to proc that you might enjoy but you can't ask for a change with jobs in which people actually enjoy that gameplay mechanic.

As for Meditate, changing it like that defeats the purpose of what it stands for. It's designed as an ability mainly used during points in a fight where Monk can't attack. It allows them the option to ready themselves to get back into the action without losing their Greased Lightning or full damage potential because the mob was unforgettable at the time.

Fixed. Chakra is just an annoying button masher.

Mch just needs to give a actual payoff, clean shot that should be big damage.

Shuffle should definitely draw a new card instead of literally doing nothing.

I see someone isn't blessed by the RNGesus these days.

I think grit is trying to do too much at once. Its trying to be like shield oath and defiance at the same time. It takes 1 gcd to get it but is off gcd to remove. Either make it off gcd to apply and remove or make it 1 gcd each to apply and remove. Darkside already acts like deliverance being off gcd so why can't Grit be the opposite of it and require a gcd. I know ppl are gonna hate me for this but it really bother me with how sloppy it feels.

If you pick a card out of a deck, put it back, shuffle, and draw again the chance of getting it is still there.

Meditation was designed to be done during down time its not meant to be put into your in active rotation.

Grit should not be off gcd, they would have to balance it by giving it a long as hell cooldown then it would just be a bad defensive cooldown with damage reduction. The move is fine since taking the move off does not affect the GCD.
