Website layout suggestion with NEWS tab

When visiting the lodestone for new topics, the Topics are never visible without a second action like clicking on the tab of the same name or scrolling down. Instead, every visitor is met with NEWS which starts with Maintenance, Notices and Updates links.

Though it's not unimportant to know what server is open for new characters and to know when eternal bondings cannot be scheduled, it is in my opinion that this should be so prominently displayed on the website by covering half the screen with these links. Not everybody has a vertical resolution of over 1080px.

I rather see the Topics moved up and then all these text links at the bottom of the page when the NEWS tab is open (already selected by default when visiting website). Or maybe not display the NEWS tab at all and make the Topics tab default.

Perhaps even make the banner smaller in height.
