Dhalmelskin Cyclas of Scouting wrong?

Hi Localisation team,

Lv59 weaver recipe "Dhalmelskin Cyclas of Scouting" uses not a scrap of Dhalmel hide nor leather, and is a weaver recipe, while Dhalmel products should be leatherworking, no?

I'm pretty sure this should be named "Chimerical Felt Cyclas of Scouting"

I only noticed when I saw it for a collectables hand in and thinking "dhalmel" went straight to LTW recipes, and only realised it was WVR when I couldn't find it under LTW lol

So when we were naming items way back when, this was originally intended to be Dhalmelskin. But, as is all too often the case, it was determined that we had too much or too little of this or that type of item, and here we are. Apologies for the confusion; you should see the correct item name in 3.05. Thank you!
