Missing Recipes (Rainbow Set?)

Okay so I'm looking at the MB and I see the Rainbow Crafting gear set, level 53. HQ stats look quite good, but I don't seem to have the recipes to make anything other than the torso.

where do these recipes come from? I never bothered to do the Master II books for any of my crafts, tho I did get the Lucis tools. If I have to go backhand do these I will, I just want to know :)

All under 51-55 Weaver crafting log, no?

Ok that is so weird, I swear I looked through that list 2-3 times and they weren't there, and now they are there plain as day. only thing I can think of is I had a filter up and didn't notice, excuse me while I go beat my head on a wall
