You've likely heard it all a dozen times at this point, all free companies offering the same thing. Friendly and helpful atmospheres. Growing communities. Those sorts of things. Rest assured we have all that here, but rather than tell you how we are the same as other FCs, I would much rather take the time to point out how we're different.
We want to help you clear content
This is a fairly large priority for us, since it is our goal as well. We need a fairly active player base to be able to help each other clear quests and eventually we intend to have a solid raid group (perhaps even several) ready to go.
We plan to have interesting and spontaneous events
This can be literally anything we decided we want to do to break up the monotony of grinding through the huge amounts of content the game has to offer. We want to get to know our members and fun activities are a good way to do that. Fishing contests, scavenger hunts, public displays of silliness. These are a few examples of things that I could think of right away.
Your time is just as valuable to us
Every day, I am making an honest effort to find more and more like minded members to join us so you don't have to feel bored or lonely. As much as we wish to push for end game, we also want to take the time to help you out and make sure you are getting what you need out of the FC experience.
So what do we need from you?
Well a few simple things. We need our members to be active. We need them to be friendly, outgoing and helpful. Without you guys, we got nothing. It's all about the community and we really want there to be a place for everyone here as we're a growing FC that is still fairly young. With a little bit of love and care, we can start to grow the FC family to where it needs to be.
Our end goal is one where we are doing end game content and are able to coach newer or less skilled players into the more difficult content. We don't want anybody to feel left out and so it is absolutely imperative that we help each other out.
So if you happen to be interested in what you've read so far, please leave a reply in this thread or find us on the server. Our application in game is open for anyone looking to join, but please serious inquiries only.

Couple small updates for the day. Thanks to Kung Fury for joining our ranks! I am sure he will prove a valuable member!
Also I want to give some more details about getting a hold of someone if you're interested in joining us. Most of us have day jobs so it's unlikely you will bump into anyone in game during the day. Your best bet is to reply here and we can arrange a meeting up time in game. The other way to do it if you do find someone in <ESO> is to use the in game application system and we'll get you in within 24 hours.

Quick update, for those inquiring:
Esoteric is kind of on hold for the time being as I seem to be trying to put the cart before the horse. What I mean by this, is every person I recruit inevitably leaves because FC activity is low, so what I plan to do is get a group of friends and a static raiding/dungeoning group then try to revisit the whole FC thing at a more appropriate time. That doesn't mean you can't still join my linkshell in the meantime while we figure things out, in fact I would encourage you to do so!
