Astrologian : Bole visual effect not appearing on other party members

I'm an Astrologian and have tested every card and an elemental visual effect is placed on the other party member when a card is used (IE Spear, Ice fragments or Balance, Fire) whenever The Bole is used the visual effect is only placed on the caster and the targeted party member does not get the Bole visual effect. (brown leaves)
