Job Quests 50+ Aren't Available Even With All Met Requirements

Steps:
1. Logged In, Attempted to begin 3.0 Dragoon Job Quest
2. Quest Was Unavailable from Alberic
3. Continued from level 50-60, completing the 3.0 storyline, and still no option for job quests from Alberic.
4. Both pre-requisites are complete (Before the Dawn & Into the Dragon's Maw)
5. My "Into the Dragon's Maw" was completed in 1.0, however, and shows as a Legacy quest. It's non-repeatable, and isn't registered as a job quest, however, I have all of the Dragoon relic armor and the Dragonfire Dive ability that is a yield from the quest.
6. Currently sitting at level 60 with no 50-60 abilities.
