Not really, the gear sold by the nodes are just crafted NQ gear, just like all gear merchant in the game, I don't think it has any reality in the lore ( Unless moggles decided to craft and sell gear adapted to men while themself are naked ).
These gear are surely copies of Gerolt's gear with better materials, his brand is still on the back of the tank chest piece.
They are nothing like allagan gear design anyway.
It doesn't resemble Allagan gear from coils, and the vendors just sell crafted gear. More likely gerholts just teaching other crafters and/or Rowena is distributing supplies.
I found the node selling them to be quite bizzare. Don't the goblins in Idyllshire have the same wares?
