IMPLEMENT Goblin Footprints, GDI! (Angry Rant Ahead!~)

I was doing my Rank 13 Quest with an alt, and completed recording the cutscenes. Only to realize at the very end, that I had forgotten to properly configure FRAPS to 30 frames per seconds.

Because of a prior experiment regarding time-lapse game capture, I had left it at 1 FPS capture settings.

So now, I have to re-roll the same character and get it up to rank 13ish again, to get at the footage I need, at the correct recording settings.

For f*ck's sake, Yoshi-P, please implement Goblin Footprints or a Cutscene Archive where we can actually review the cutscenes from the quests we have completed. Final Fantasy XI has this, why the hell doesnt FFXIV have it?

Fff...an entire afternoon's worth of work, wrecked.

This wouldn't have been such a big deal if Square-Enix had implemented a feature that allowed us to review the cutscene footage at any time we wanted.

No! we need the echo ability to review cutscenes! No more goblin footprints! :D Echo makes sense

they're looking in to adding just such a system, Triary said it in the JP forums

I want "Yes, we're adding it!", not "we're leewking intah it."

Agreed, we have a whole feature based in the story of the game that could be used to even put it in game.

I'd love to review (getting to redo them including combat parts would be 100x better) every the guild/story quests in whole. No sp loot or anything just getting to relive them all in one go.
You could even add in the ability to do quests to meet people from other City's an such to view the story from another PoV so everyone can see all the city quests without youtube.

This sort of thing definitely needs to be added. It would be nice to revisit cutscenes in the past, especially from story quests and Class guild quests.

The echo allows you to revisit the past of others. You can't use it on yourself. If you could you would be a time traveler ! I could then visit myself in the past and kill me creating a time paradox and implode the universe !!!

That being said ... yes I would also like to view the cutscenes again. ;) At least the ones with Cgi and voices.
