New player looking for a community

TL;DR - Rogue/ninja lf a community, new player, World: Ragnarok.

Hello I am technically not entirely new to the game, I've played it before, resubscribed twice after my 30 trial days expired, but I never quite caught onto the game before now. :D

I have "rerolled" a Rogue after levelling a monk to 15 and I am playing the game at my own pace always have, and still am. Some days for 4 hours, others I play for just a single hour, but I do wish to engage in some more serious sessions at level cap which is 60 now I believe.

I feel it's important to make it clear that I am technically still very new to the game considering my highest character made it to 20.
Having played other games on the side I never felt any serious dedication to invest more effort, but that has changed and I feel like giving the game a serious go.

I play on Ragnarok, and I'm not sure if transfering a character is an option :confused: and even if it is, I'd prefer to stay on Ragnarok. :)

Just wanted to follow up on your post. Did you find a linkshell or FC on Ragnarok?

Sometimes you can find Free Companies (FC, a tight community - known as guilds in other games) advertising for new members under worlds forum, you can find your world here: http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/f...28LEGACY-EU%29.

You can absolutely transfer your character to another server through the Mog Station services, though this will cost a little bit. If you were to play on Balmung for whatever reason feel free to contact me :).
