Impossible to close support tickets that then crash client

I am CONSTANTLY getting a message saying that my support ticket has been answered whenever i log into the game in spite of having closed it MULTIPLE TIMES! I would not have such an issue with this if it did then not proceed to crash said client. I have tested and double tested; if I open the game and close it within 5 minutes it closes nicely.... the moment that stupid immovable message pops up however I proceed to get regularly 90k'd and upon closing the game I am left with a black screen where the full client used to be that does not close and has to be force ended. What is going on?

have to actually reply to the message to stop the notice. glitch that's been reported several times in the past year... don't know why they haven't fixed it yet.
