Bugged broom quest

I cant finish the broom quest that asks for water.

I got the water and gave it to the broom when it asked for it and it had a yellow icon. now the water key item is gone and the broom has a green check icon and is still asking for the water.

I quit the quest and tried again same thing happens.

If this is the quest i think it is, it asks you for tears, have you tried /cry emote?

If you read the text from the broom, he mentions a legendary water from Matoya's face, and wants it to be replicated.
