Steps:
1) This is difficult to reproduce because at times it is entirely random. Sometimes it happens if you log out in the immediate area and log back in, the table will be empty but the players are technically still 'there' either invisible or through the ground itself.

Attached is a snippet of a screenshot to show an example of what happens.
The table in question is circled in red and I have been unable to confirm if it happens to any of the other chairs/seats in the area.
