Make people level sync for Hunt Targets below level 60

There's been a player going around on my server, purposly soloing every single hunt they come across, and when others appear, they try their best to keep others from getting their credit.

Why I'm suggesting this? There are people who do not have Heavensward, as well as people not being able to really get above level 50 until they've done the very long storyline stuff in ARR, as well as level 50 hunt targets being BEYOND EASY TO KILL.

People are 10 levels above the old hunts, making them out to be like wet paper to tear through.

I don't really care to bother thinking about what others above level 50 would say about this, because in all honesty? They're getting it easy. Other players are having a hard time getting to any of the hunts because they're dead in a blink of the eye, S ranks included.

A bit late in typing this as well, got distracted from leveling drk.

Anyways, I suggest that the hunts have something similar to Odin/Coerul Regina/other fates that do not show up on the map.

Make hunts similar to fates, so you become sync'd when you're above 50 in the ARR maps, but no one has to sync in the HW maps. Even the S ranks die in about 10 seconds, and a LOT of people accidently pre pull by auto running (We know all the QQ comments, save them thanks)

The way you guys currently have it where their HP scales comparet to how many people go to it last is basically USELESS as of the level 51+ content, and I think there needs to be a big change for this.
