99 Rowena's Tokens Being Lost

Steps:
I purchased a tome of regional folklore for fishing in Abalathia's Spine from the Splendors Vendor in Idyllshire. After selecting the Tome from my inventory and using it, the on-screen message in the text log stated that a page had been added, not to my fishing log, but to a completely random player on Diabolos server, Icyblood Rikka. My fishing log remains unchanged and I lost 99 Rowena's Tokens due to this bug. The aforementioned player had no idea what I was talking about when I contacted them.
