Additional Retainer Service Question.

I just purchased an additional retainer. How long before it will show up at the Retainer Vendor or do I have to go somewhere else to get them?

Once you set the sub up with the additional Retainer, simply exit the game and log back in.
Should be instantly available via the Vocate.

Thats how it was for me when i got my fifth anyways.
