I've been trying to log into ffxiv, and I keep getting the "Lobby server connection has encountered an error". Does this mean server is down, or is something else wrong? I'm from Lamia.

Having the same problem myself, managed to log into the game earlier but now all I get is 2002.
If you're on Playstation, their network is down. Their website says they are working on it.
