While turning in GC turnins on my BSM, which is my specialist class, I acheived level 55 on Leatherworker from a turn-in. I had both chat log and on-screen pop ups declaring I learned 2 new specialist skills. LTW is not a specialist for me, and I have already had these skills on BSM for a while now.
