Steps:
1. Summoned Garuda-Egi, and observed Wind Blade doing about 480 damage on average.
2. Did not change any gear, put up different free company buffs, or eat any food. Enhanced Pet Actions was also not up during the summoning cast time for Ifrit-Egi,
3. Summoned Ifrit-Egi, and observed Burning Strike having doing an average of 350 damage, with auto-attaacks doing around 120 damage on average.

Wind Blade is listed as having 100 potency, while Burning Strike is listed as having 120 potency. Wind Blade should not be outdamaging Burning Strike, let alone Burning Strike combined with auto attack damage.
