Steps:
I cast flare with 3 pre-existing astral fire stacks, hit transpose immediately as the cast finishes and am told "Transpose has no effect!". I had 3 stacks with at least 4 seconds left when flare finished and flare would refresh the stacks, so at no point did I have no stacks. I know this glitch was introduced when you eliminated the ability to time mana ticks in umbral ice while casting flare to do flare infinitely, but with enochian timers now, you can't afford to treat flare casts as having no stacks just to stop infinite flare. Find another way to stop infinite flare that doesn't leave me with zero mana and 10 seconds of astral fire to get through before I have to wait 9 more seconds to cast blizzard 1 and get going again. It's just too harsh.
