New Relic/Artifact armor missing from Heavensward...???

Excuse me if this was asked or posted before, I didn't see it...

but, I hit 60 on my AWESOME love it, need it, want more of it...smn and was so looking forward to getting decked out in my new "Artifact armor version 3?"... but can't seem to find it anywhere in the game...:confused:

SE touted in a video that pretty much all the jobs, including disciples of the land/hand would receive new relic/artifact armor... was it even added with 3.0???:mad:

No AF Stuff yet, will come later.

It's coming at the same time as Alex Savage iirc, in 3ish weeks.
