Help! Noobie can't start leves

Hi, apologies for the complete noobie question but my problem is thus: I'm lv31 on my main job and as such have completed all the necessary story quests up to that point.

I've just got to lv15 on my weaver class and want to start leves but I don't seem to be able to. I've gone to the levemete in Bentbranch Meadows as I started in Gridania but no matter which job I choose he tells me I need to prove myself to Mother Miounne... which I've already done?

Help?? :confused:

Have you tried talking to the guy right next to Miounne in Gridania as he give out leves for all classes, or try in Uldah at the adventurers guild as weaver is based there
