They will. They know that most people probably rushed the fight and they put a lot of work and a great amount of detail in the fan service aspect of this fight. I guarantee they will make a minstrel ballad version. I think the Minstrel ballad questline will always be for repeating final bosses. It makes sense given that the quest has the little subtitle after the colon. It's a hint that there would be future ones. So likely, Minstrel's Ballad: King's Tale or something.
