After 3.03 patch i get a black screen in the launcher in my PS4

so after the 3.03 patch everytime i try to log in using my ps4 i get a black screen with 3 empty boxes one with "Yes" second with "No" last one under both "Ok" and no matter what i click it doesnt responce to anything i do please help as i cant play anymore because of this issue, thanks.

I have a similar issue, but I get a black screen followed by a game crashing 2002 Error Code.
(PC user btw)

I have the same problem in eu ps4, black screen and 2 black boxes with yes and no and ok options that i cant click. 3 days passed tell now and i cant inter the game because of that its 1 more day and am out already wasted alot of money and time on this game and now am stuck for the most stupid reason.

no one answer great i loss subscription time while looking for a solution for this stupid problem and cant play and tryed to contact squer enix by every possible mean and just nothing its just like if they don't want me to play anymore. thanks squer enix you are the worst company i have ever dealt with in every thing

you guys serious. no answer this is awesome no one cares about costumers in squer enix. ill tell you one thing this is my 4th day not playing the game because of this .... simple problem
if the 5th day comes with no solution ill turn against you squer ill tell anyone i see about how useless this company. why you do this just tell me what i should do ineed to fix this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Guessing those patches are PS4 updates since the game is only at 3.01...perhaps the problem is on Sony's end?

And this is user-to-user support, not exactly complaining to SE here. Have you opened a formal ticket with SE or Sony? Sony has been having issues with PSN and games that depend on it for a while now--so it might indeed be more on Sony's end once again then something wrong on SE's end.
