looking for Co-Leader to start FC

Hi I'm new to Game looking to start a FC on Jenova. Looking for someone with similar ideas of what they want their FC to be. A few things about me I've been playing mmo's for about fifteen years. I've always been a guild leader or leading role so I have exp running a guild. I want to make a guild where everyone is welcome to come and have fun and relax. I plan on running at least two raid groups one for the causal player and one for the more serious players. I want a FC where we help one another fulfill our potential as players If anyone is interested reply to this post or to Ellie Fritzenhymer in game.
