Crafting QoL updates needed

I had really hoped the expansion would see more of an overhaul of crafting, and not seeing anything along these lines makes me dissapointed. These are nothing new, but things that really need to be changed:

Crafting from a retainers

This is the biggest one here, rummaging through retainers to find items makes these very cumbersome. Especially when doing one off crafts for people this can take half of the overall time in my crafting. I have declined to craft things for people before just because I'm not in the mood to deal with this. I love crafting, but hate this piece. This is also the reason I will not focus on culinarian. The craft is great, theme is great, and amount of mats required would be fine... if not for sifting through retainers.

Opening up the recipe of a sub-item by clicking

As the amount of recipes grow this is getting to be another thing that's hard to manage. I can use hotbars and favorites for things I do all the time, but again makes one offs more of a pain than it should need to be.

More Retainers

This only makes sense if the first point is followed. Crafters need item space, a LOT of item space. Again double so if you're doing culinarian. I can understand them not being able to increase inventory space, but not giving us at least 1 or 2 more retainers free is extremely limiting to the point that this part is sort of beginning to feel like pay to win for crafters.

Square, please look at these...I love crafting in this game, it's far and away better than any other mmo I've played in. These changes would make it so much more enjoyable, without them I feel that enjoyment slowly start to erode away.
