++ for Bismarck EX and Ravana EX Fight

I love both fights and the mixture of a really easy fight (Bismarck) and a hard fight (Ravana) was nice. Mechanically, both fights are fun and everybody has to pay attention to something, especially in Ravana EX.
I'm looking forward to the upcoming Alexander (Savage) encounters. The both ex modes were a nice tidbit to get some cool weapons to start with. And the solution for getting tokens to help RNGesus slackers deserves some love, too. After 10 Kills you have your weapon for sure.
