Re-Produceable Soft-Lock; Collectible window does not appear

Steps:
1. Use Collectors Glove
2. Start hitting a node + use skills
3. After pressing collect to gather it, the collect window will not appear if you press any other menu with a window, such as the timer.

After that the game will Soft-Lock you rendering any actions.

I have confirmed that this bug can be reproduced on all collectibles for Mining and Botanist so far.
The only known way to get out of the Soft-lock is to restart the game
