Soul crystal gone after rollback

Hi I was told by a gm to post on in game bug report. I got a rollback awhile ago after my account was hacked. I've been gone for a good break came back as new expan was being released. My monk and dragoon soul crystals are gone ive check retainer nothing. Spoke with a gm and he basically said post on here to get an answer on the matter.

Ive done both quest btw for the crystals but now can't do them again to try and get another crystal which is all I want. I just wanna play these two classes and can't play them. Any info on a fix is helpful thank you.
