How come once you hit 60 the MS roulette only give poe. Is this a bug? Figured this one also get law so new players could still get fast ques for there MSQ.

From launch, the main scenario dungeons, and the roulette for that matter only gave the lowest tier of available tomes. It's already used frequently right now and they seem to have a policy that you must do lvl 60 content to get tokens for level 60 gear. Also it would be kind of silly for a entry level dungeon at launch which new 50's had to farm instead of AK and WP for philosophy tomes give anything other than the lowest tier seeing as the dungeon progressively gets easier.

I'm guessing they want to avoid what happened with Castrum Meridianum at 2.0 launch. Tome-grind speedruns and story dungeons don't mix will.
