Weird hair problem

I tried changing my hair today and I'm getting this weird outlining, anyone else have this problem, or know how to fix it? It seems to only happen in certain areas too, so weird.

It's something I've experienced before and it happens with the wispy hair. I just taught myself to ignore it as something they couldn't do anything about, like clipping, but unlike clipping, it's easier to ignore.
