Tooltip Fix: Maker's Mark (GSM L54 Ability)

The bolded part is rather suspect, as the wording implies it can be used when you have progress towards recipe completion on the first step. To my knowledge, this is impossible (only quality can be non-zero on the first step).

SUGGESTED CORRECTION (bolded)
"Reduces Flawless Synthesis CP cost and durability loss to 0. Effect duration determined by recipe difficulty. Available only on the first step."

Changing the wording as follows references an established value ("Difficulty") that can be found on each recipe in the Crafting Log. This removes the implication that Maker's Mark can be used when you have non-zero progress.
