So, I've been playing just fine, it's been a week or so though due to RL. I just logged in and it's asking for a registration code. When I input the code it says it's already used...not sure what to do =(
I clicked to skip for now..but should it be asking for another? If so, I only have the one I used when I pre-ordered the expansion. That and the pre-order item code. Both of which says already used.
I just checked my account...before it stated I had Heavensward..now it states I do not..yet they still have the money I pre-ordered with? And my codes are still used?
Did you buy a physical copy? Check the case for any additional codes. The code for early access and pre-order bonus isn't the same as the registration for the game ^^
Nope, digital collectors. I checked my E-mail, even have the confirmation E-mail that my payment was accepted and charged, looked at my bank statement, the payment went through. My account WAS Heavensward, I believe I still have the pre-order items. Will log in and check.
My log in screen even reverted back. I can still log in with my Au Ra, though I'm not sure if that's open to any license. And I DO still have the pre-order items.
This is extremely upsetting and distressing..and is causing me to have a panic attack..(Yes that may seem silly, but I have a severe anxiety disorder..and things like this reeks havoc on me..)
Also, it was the 20 digit code that I used to upgrade the game, and another code with less digits to get the pre-order items. It's saying both are used now.
Having the pre-order items doesn't require having the expansion. They're based just on the pre-order code and not the expansion code. The pre-order code alone would also have allowed you to play Heavensward content from the 19th through the 26th. It was only as of this last Saturday (the 27th) that they started requiring the actual expansion code in order to access HW.
None of that explains why your account isn't seeing the expansion code if you'd already registered it, though. :confused:
What platform are you on? (Only asking because the process for registering the codes is different between computer versions and console versions.)
