With the recent hunt complains..(open world pvp)

I'd like to make a suggestion from someone who greatly enjoys pvp, and even better pvp at its truest form. (open world pvp)

Recently people are complaining about hunts again like they did when they first came out and I've been thinking of something but never really asked anyone for their opinion, how would people feel about open world pvp?

Picture rolling up with your FC and getting rid of those pesky early pullers who tease you in shout and destroying them?

How about that pvp gear you have that does nothing but look pretty, wouldn't you rather smash some skulls with it?

It's a fun idea I've been thinking of, obviously won't ever happen since people rather RP than pvp but coming from a pvp background I'd enjoy it.

They have this in Blade & Soul and it works pretty good actually! You just use your faction gear and you can go head on pvp against eachother! Some faction costumes look pretty good too! I love the idea so a huge ++++ and who knows this may boost the morale of E sports! Those long PVP ques are pretty bad so why not? \^o^/

Anyone ungrouped who attacks the mob = red, you can attack him and steal credit for the kill.

Yes, what better way to improve harmony and community than open world PvP, a system that has never created any drama or complaints.... O.o

Ya.. Open world Pvp is never going to happen in FFXIV when SE wants friendly Pvp that kind of defeats the purpose

Open world PvP would kill FFXIV stone dead.No thanks, as someone else said, not in a milluon years, and even that would be too soon.

Open world pvp no thanks. If you want open world pvp go back to wow they have it. We don't need it here to.

It never worked well in WoW. I will not work at all well here.

All this will do is increase the aggravation that already exists.

They should allow PvP challenges in the open world and open up PvP servers that have open world PvP. May as well try to please as many people as possible instead of flat out refusing to add something like people here are suggesting, lol.
