Anyone interested in starting a small FC and static for raiding?

Hello!

I am interested in starting a small FC primarily for raiding and I am looking for somebody else with the same mindset who may also be interested in helping me with the starting up and running of the FC. I am new-ish to FFXIV (played on and off but non-serious prior to HW launch) but an experienced player in raiding and MMOs for many years and I am looking to play seriously and in a semi-hardcore raiding environment in FFXIV! Obviously all the finer points can be discussed but I would just like to see if anyone has any interest in doing this with me.
