Well, I don't know the patch numbers, but it has been stated during live letters and stuff
2 weeks after HW release - Alexander story/normal mode whatever you want to call it.
4 weeks after HW release - Alexander savage/hard mode and Esoteric Tomestones + gears
also r coming maybe with 3.05 patch the beast tribes maybe but i think they implent it with 3.10
