I know it sometimes take a while for the site to update, but I got my 1000 seals and fired off a firework at the start of the event and still haven't gotten the new background. I have the event achievments in my log also.
Just wondering if anyone else is in the same boat, or has information on something I may have missed! :)

Chardrizard figured it out, thank you very much. I logged off of both, then logged onto lodestone only and it fixed the problem if anyone else needed help with this situation!

The firing off the firework achievement was rather unexpected. Decided to check the Lodestone earlier and saw it, and I couldn't help but laugh (not in a bad way).
