Dark Arts on Dark Passenger and Abyssal Drain appears to be broken

After overhearing a DRK complaining about it in chat, I tried for myself. Using dark arts on Abyssal Drain only gives me HP back for one target, and the blind effect for dark arts on Dark Passenger appears to only apply to your target (maybe first target hit, idk).

I dont know if this was intentional, but after fixing the double DA bug, I'm praying this is a bug that will be fixed. Until then, I don't think I'm playing DRK in 4mans anytime soon.

It is a bug, and it needs to be fixed by tomorrow. I read about it on a previous post, went online and found it its true.

They better fix it quickly, because this is starting to become BS pretty quickly.

I know its an expansion, new things means new bugs to fix... but they seem to be unable to get things right the proper way this time around.

They are human. Give them time.

Yeah I expect a hotfix pretty soon considering the bug.

A clunky hotfix to DRK lastnight,

In their approach to addressing the Dark Arts double dip, they broke Dark Arts AoE effects (only 1 DA additional effect registers now. multi-target situations, the following Blinds/Absorbs are clipped cuz they register as 2nd, 3rd, 4th DA ).

I don't get the rush, not like DRK/DRK was cheesing content. And this glitch/exploit wasn't even available to players who weren't 60.

(Unless you count Dark Arts > Dark Passenger > Souleater)

And even so.. it felt more like something DRK should have.. 3 figure souleaters are so sad ; ;

edit: and in making this adjustment without adjusting (tho I'd prefer the term 'arguably fixing') C&S, it feels a little salty

I can accept not being able to do the dark arts combos anymore, but flat out breaking skills like that make me incredibly upset.

this job is simply not worth playing at the moment. best to put it away until both bugs and balance issues are fixed.

Players are also reporting MP being drained on the application of buffs, like cards and stoneskins, as well as MP being drained on ticks from HOTs like regen. If this is true, and my eyes aren't playing tricks on me, they really broke DRK.

If it really is that bad, I hope they hotfix it tonight.

I have heard the same on several forums.

I can tolerate the broken AoE abilities, but I worry about even stepping into trials right now if my MP is draining due to a regen on me...
