4. All the monsters get hit by the weaponskill, but the added potency and blind effect are applied only on the first monster hit.

4. On abyssal drain, four mobs were hit. Only received one "tick" of HP back.
5. On dark passenger, only one monster received the bonus damage and blind effect.

Just posting my confirmation of the above listed bug. Tested on mobs in Dravinian Hinterlands as well as South Shroud.
