I recently started my own FC with a friend and we're not too far off from being able to purchase a FC house (Rank wise).
I'm wondering what the house prices on Behemoth are like and if there's even any available at the moment. Does Square Enix come out with new housing plots on a regular basis?
It depends what size you're looking at getting. Small plots have been as low as 1.9mil, but to try and find any of those at the moment is going to be quite an ask. Generally what I see is medium and large plots, starting around 16mil at the lowest. Of course, location in the map(s) affects prices as well, so you'll likely just have to scope it all out, one city at a time. Going througha city's aetheryte should allow you to view all the different wards and what is/isn't available, as well as prices at that time :3
