Yeah what Concrete said. Also nice to sprint between nodes to get there a bit faster. Thought with Heavensward areas, you're flying between nodes instead.

Tp on gathering classes is for sprint when u get aggro

I've... never used sprint for that ^^; that just means I have to stand around for longer to wait for my GP to replenish.
