Bit Of A Fishing Issue With Leves

So, I started on my Fishing levelling today (well, all gathering) and noticed a thing. I have the best gear, fully melded, from ARR. The Mining and Botany nodes are about what would be expected, and the Fishing is mostly okay, but the leves aren't quite right. You can do the Botany and Mining leves no problem, even at +1 difficulty, but the lv50 Fishing leves require fish that can only be caught using a new lv51 bait.

So, yes, you can take the Fishing leves at lv50 but you can't possibly complete them until you hit lv51. This seems to be a pretty big oversight...

Technically, you can. Mooch off of smelts.

Does that work? Every source I've checked only lists the Stonefly Nymph as a viable method. Admittedly it's really early and we don't know everything yet but still. The Mining and Botany leves are just the same difficulty as always and Fishing is either not at the proper level or requires far more work for the same reward (mooch is not going to get those fish quickly). Either way it seems rather... Off.

I was able to catch fish in Western Coerthas with caddisfly larva at level 50. Didn't need the level 51 bait at all. I tried every bait/lure/fly/ball I had on me at the time till something bit.

Also you dont need leves from 50-51. Just go to west coerthas, and fish with caddifisfly larva. 3 pools can work fine: unfrozen pond, south banepool and west banepool. I personally used west banepool wich was the 1st i found since was easy to locate as you are practically guided to it hunting the aether currents ;), also there are fish lvl 51+ and can be used the lvl 50 bait :), so in less of 1 quiche consumed and if you use the scroll that gives you the quest, will be piece of cake, just enjoy the fish goes away rate too ;)
