Sound Cutting in and out

So ever since i got my ManaCutter i've noticed that the sound cut out for a second and then go back to normal, i don't change my sound input at all because i know there's already an issue if you do that you lose sound to begin with, i've checked if it was my headset going out on me because i did just get a new headset so i figured it was defective but no, i can play my music for hours and never hear it cut out at all. I usually play with music going so i guess i never really noticed it until someone told me to listen to a zone's music. I've asked my friends if they experienced this problem and none of them have. so either its a rare problem, or something on my end.

Edit: I've messed around and did a little testing seeing when sound would cut in and out, it seems it only cuts out on ambient noise, music, and sound effects, voice overs during cut scenes aren't affected

Edit 2: Ok, so after about 4 hours of playing around with everything this morning i noticed a pattern. apparently the problem is on my end, I just got a turtle beach spectre, and there is a problem with some turtle beach headsets that if there is a sound thats too low like the manacutters propellers (rotors?) in idle with the music idling down as well and if your sound settings are turned below 40, which mine were at around 33-35 because i like to listen to spotify while i play, the sound will cut out constantly untill a louder sound is played (voice overs)
