Steps:
1. Picked up my daily Centurio Hunts
2. Went to the Dravanian Forelands to kill a Gnath Fire Drone (1st time) and a Steel Drone (2nd time)
3. None of these had a hunt icon above them, and killing them yielded me nothing instead of 15 seals (twice)

Its not a bug, I noticed this yesterday.

There are lvl 57 enemies of the same name, in the same area (look into the pit a bit more as you fly over it) they have the mark over their head and award you credit.
