Hide a bar based on Sheathe/Unsheathe?

Is there a way to hide/show a bar based on sheathe/unsheathe? There's a certain bar I have that I only need in combat, so was wondering if there's a way to do it automatically.

I use the controller layout, and have horizontal bar #2 shown. This is the bar I'd like to hide ooc.

It sure seems like it should be possible, since I know the cross-hotbars can be changed according to your weapon's sheathed/unsheathed state. I'm just not familiar with how you do the same for the straight hotbars.

Yes there is a way. You can set the system to only display certain crossbars when your weapon is unsheathed. Details here.

Hmm, no, I use crossbars but want to hide/show a horizontal bar, as stated. I already use the sheathe/ unsheathe option but that cannot do what I want.
